PIDEN AUDITORÍA PARA SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE DESDE EL CONGRESO DEL ESTADO

Guanajuato, Gto., Jueves 03 de marzo 2021.- En tribuna se exigió se realice una auditoría financiera integral al municipio de San Miguel Allende. El punto de acuerdo se envió a la Comisión de Hacienda y Fiscalización para su estudio y dictamen.
La diputada Alma Edwuviges Alcaraz Hernández de la fracción de Morena presentó un punto de acuerdo para exhortar al titular de la Auditoría Superior del Estado de Guanajuato (ASEG), para que lleve a cabo una auditoría financiera integral en el municipio de San Miguel de Allende, que incluya a todas las partidas no revisadas en auditorías previas.
Alcaraz Hernández mencionó que dicho municipio se ha visto envuelto en varios casos de corrupción, resaltando especialmente la pasada administración.
“Y si bien en cada trienio se han dado casos de corrupción evidente, durante la última administración de Luis Alberto Villareal (2018 a 2021), San Miguel se vio especialmente envuelto en una serie de actos que apuntan hacia una descarada trama de corrupción y realización de negocios al amparo del poder público”, agregó.
Piden que la revisión incluya, al menos, la verificación del apego a la legalidad de la adjudicación y contratación de bienes y servicios que corresponda, así como el cumplimiento de las cláusulas contractuales de los mismos, abarcando los ejercicios fiscales 2019, 2020 y 2021.
En la exposición de motivos, la legisladora expresó que el municipio de San Miguel de Allende es uno de los principales paradores turísticos del estado, por tal motivo la efectividad, transparencia y honradez de su administración pública es una clave para el desarrollo de la entidad.
La congresista argumentó que se presentaron varias irregularidades en las revisiones de la cuenta pública. Algunas de ellas en 2018, sobre la adquisición de vehículos por 3.9 millones de pesos sin una licitación pública; modificaciones a contratos para ampliar pagos a empresas sin justificación; irregularidades en procedimientos de venta de inmuebles, entre otros. Mismo caso para los años de 2019 y 2020.
“En 2019, como hemos señalado en ocasiones anteriores, se hicieron negocios al amparo del poder público mediante semáforos fantasma que arrendaron por montos millonarios y que nunca funcionaron, causando una afectación de 5.7 millones de pesos que, en la revisión de cuenta pública 2020, pudiera determinarse un daño aún mayor”, subrayó.
Concluyó su exposición mencionando que considera necesario que la Auditoría Superior del Estado de Guanajuato intervenga para fiscalizar los recursos públicos ingresados y ejercidos durante la administración pasada.
