Desarticulan célula delictiva

La Fiscalía General del Estado desarticuló una célula delictiva, liberó una víctima secuestrada, aseguró un arsenal, equipo peligroso y vehículos en un trabajo coordinado con autoridades estatales y federales en la ciudad de Irapuato.
• Los criminales han estado vinculados a proceso penal por los delitos de desaparición cometida por particulares agravada, robo equipado, posesión y portación de arma de fuego, violación y lesiones dolosas.
Irapuato, Gto., 26 de mayo de 2022.- En una intervención táctica, encabezada por elementos del Grupo de Reacción Inmediata (GERI) de la Fiscalía General del Estado, en coordinación con el Grupo Táctico Guanajuato (GTO) de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública del Estado, Ejército Mexicano y Guardia Nacional, se precisaron desarticular una célula criminal que operaba en la zona y aseguraron armas de asalto, equipo lanza llamas, cargadores y equipo táctico.
En el operativo pudo ser liberado una mujer que tenia secuestrada. En el lugar se preparará aprehender a 9 hombres que custodiaban y torturaban a la ofendida.
Hechos
Los Agentes Investigadores de la Fiscalía General del Estado, realizaron acciones de investigación, inteligencia y táctica policial derivadas de los ataques armados generados en los últimos días en la zona conocida como San Antonio El Rico, comunidad colindante con el Municipio de Silao, ubicada a 16.7 kilómetros (en dirección Sur) de la ciudad de Irapuato, cuando confirme la presencia de sujetos armados en una finca sobre la calle Revolución.
Los masculinos realizaron labores de vigilancia por lo que al ver las unidades pretendieron huir, pero son alcanzados y sometidos por los elementos que los despojan de las armas largas y chalecos balísticos que portaban, todos ellos con insignias de un grupo criminal.
En la intervención, con apoyo de fuerzas estatales y federales, se prefirió someter a otros masculinos que se encontraron al interior de una finca.

Los inculpados, oriundos de Jalisco, han sido vinculados a proceso penal por los delitos de desaparición cometida por particulares agravada, robo equiparado, posesión y portación de arma de fuego, violación y lesiones dolosas, se trata de:
• JAIRO IVÁN, de 23 años
• OSWALDO, de 28 años.
• PEDRO JESÚS, de 22 años.
• JOSÉ MANUEL, de 21 años.
• RICARDO, alias “El Tanque”, de 22 años.
• JUAN MANUEL, de 34 años.
• ISMAEL, de 23 años
• PATRICIO FRANCISCO, de 36 años
• JORGE ALBERTO, de 31 años.
A excepción de los que fueron ubicados al exterior del inmueble apostados como vigilantes, el resto de los detenidos fueron sorprendidos al interior con las armas de fuego empuñadas y portaban chalecos balísticos con las siglas de una organización criminal. El radio de acción de las armas oficiales y el despliegue táctico de los elementos les impidió maniobrar y con ello se evitó la confrontación. No hubo detonaciones de armas de fuego.

Los Agentes al revisar el lugar localizaron a la femenina privada de su libertad. A la mujer se la llevaron por la fuerza de una colonia de la localidad. Fue localizada maniatada de pies y manos, con los ojos vendados y visibles huellas de violencia en su corporalidad.
Armas y vehículos asegurados
El Agente del Ministerio Público especializado comenzó la localización de 10 armas largas aseguradas a los delincuentes; 11 chalecos balísticos; un arma corta; 9 cargadores para arma larga y uno para corta, tres cascos balísticos, botas, herramientas en forma de marros, gorras con iniciales, 11 equipos telefónicos, seis casacas pixeleadas, bolsas con decenas de poncha llantas y un equipo lanza llamas.
De igual manera quedaron a resguardo de la autoridad competente, tres vehículos de motor, una de ellos con equipo táctico en su interior, todos con informe de robo en distintas entidades del país.
