Detienen a primeros 10 por su posible relación en hechos ocurridos durante el partido Querétaro vs Atlas
En continuidad a las acciones de investigación ininterrumpidas que se han realizado por la carpeta de investigación iniciada y de las denuncias recibidas por lo sucedido el 05 de marzo durante el partido Querétaro vs Atlas se informa que se ha detenido a las primeras 10 personas del sexo masculino.
Se dio cumplimiento a 21 órdenes de cateo otorgadas por el Juez de Control del Poder Judicial.
A los detenidos de nombre Jesús “N”, José Alfredo “N”, Iván “N”, Jonathan Carlos “N”, Víctor “N”, Adrián “N”, Juan Manuel “N”, Eduardo “N” y Edgar Emmanuel “N”; se les detuvo con órdenes de aprehensión por su posible participación en delitos de homicidio en grado de tentativa, violencia en espectáculos deportivos y apología del delito.
Las detenciones se realizaron durante cateos realizados en las colonias San Pedrito Peñuelas, La Loma, Cerrito Colorado, San Idelfonso, Santa Rosa Jáuregui, Constituyentes del Parque, Felipe Carrillo Puerto, Desarrollo San Pablo, La Piedad y Reforma Agraria, en la capital del Estado.
Además, en las colonias La Pradera, Emiliano Zapata, San Idelfonso y El Organal, de los municipios de El Marqués, Corregidora, Colón y San Juan del Río, respectivamente.
En los cateos, se aseguraron 82 prendas deportivas con logos del equipo de Querétaro, 4 pares de tenis -algunos con posibles manchas de sangre-, 22 teléfonos celulares y diferentes indicios que aborarán a la continuidad de las investigaciones.
Para la identificación de las conductas criminales y de los 26 posibles intervinientes, se recibió información a través de nuestras redes sociales, por lo que se analizaron 583 imágenes, 78 videos, más de mil mensajes con información y denuncias anónimas al 089; además, de extraer información de los videos de las cámaras de vigilancia del Estadio Corregidora.
Todas las personas del sexo masculino detenidas, serán presentadas ante la autoridad judicial, para que se determine su situación legal. Las investigaciones continúan y se mantendrá la información a la opinión pública.
Se solicita a las personas que hayan sido agredidas, su colaboración para presentarse en la Unidad Especializada en la Investigación del Delito de Homicidio, para formular su denuncia y evitar impunidad. Pueden generar su cita, a través del número 442 238 7622.
